[Brains-users] How to convert a mask file to analyze file format

Hi,

We use three dimensional mask (analyze file format, binary image) for a
specific brain region to extract time-activity data from the dynamic PET
images.

Can we convert a mask file (generated in Brains2) to a analyze file?

Or, can we apply a ROI or a Mask to extract time-activity data from dynamic
PET images?
