[Camino-users] permeability and substrates

Hello again,
I have run some datasynth simulations using the inflammation substrate and different values for the permeability, eg:
datasynth -walkers 1000000 -tmax 5000 -voxels 1 -p 0.4 -schemefile mySch.scheme -initial uniform -substrate inflammation -increments 1 -gamma 10 8E-7 -substratesize 1.7E-4 -numcylinders 100 -seed 123456789 > ppt4.Bfloat
Having done this using -p 0.0, -p 0.4, -p 0.8 and -p 1.0, the generated signals are exactly the same in each run, for a range of q-values and big deltas. The fact there is no difference in signal between -p 0.0 (impermeable) and -p 1.0 (fully permeable) makes me think I've made a mistake somewhere? Or are non-zero permeabilities not compatible with the inflammation substrate?
Also, is there a substrate option for specifying randomly placed but uniformly sized cylinders?
Many thanks,
Damien
