Hi, Camino experts,
I used camino to track fibers in Deterministic way and the result can't be
shown in vtk format. After i got the cc.nii seed mask by using the ITK
snap, and then i used 'track' command to get 'CCtracts.Bfloat'. When i
start to convert it to 'vtk' format, there is an error (or see the
attachment):
$ vtkstreamlines -colourorient < CCtracts.Bfloat > CCtracts.vtk
Exception in thread "main" misc.LoggedException: Data dimensions are zero,
can not initialize image space
at
tools.CV_Initializer.initInputSpaceAndHeaderOptions<CL_Initializer.java:
2468>
at apps.VTK_streamlines.main<VTK_streamlines.java:132>
The file 'CCtracts.Bfloat' has 1.3M size. I have checked the tensor result
and it looks good (including the FA map and the eigenvector orientations).
Could you give some suggestions about this problem? Do we have other
methhods to check if the CCtracts.Bfloat is empty?
Thanks.
Ran
