[Camino-users] ask for help on conmap

  Dear Camino experts, 

I am trying to generate a connectivity matrix using conmap.


As the tutorial in the camino website mentioned, I typed the followingcommand:


conmap -inputfile Tractography.Bdouble -roifile wm_undersampled.nii.gz


However, this command give the following message:"conmap: command not found"


Is the command not in use now, or the connectivity can be done by other flag? What command should I use if I do want to obtain the connectivity map?
