[Camino-users] Connectivity Mapping with Freesurfer labels

*Dear Camino users and developers,*

I've just started using Camino and currently trying to follow the steps of
this tutorial (
http://web4.cs.ucl.ac.uk/research/medic/camino/pmwiki/pmwiki.php?n=Tutorials.ConnectivityMapping),
implementing connectivity mapping using Freesurfer parcellations.
Everything seems to be relatively straightforward except for a couple of
things..

- I assume that new conmat command is equivalent to conmap from this
tutorial.. Am I right?
- I also found that there were some issues with FS parcellations in Camino (
http://www.nitrc.org/pipermail/camino-users/2011-October/000020.html) Are
they fixed in the last version of the software?

*Running on:
> *OS X 10.8.3 (64-bit)
> Camino version: r1221
