[Camino-users] Connectivity Mapping with Freesurfer labels

Hi,
conmat is similar to the conmap command, but I never successfully ran conmap so I'm not sure if it would produce identical results. I have attempted to document how conmat works in its manual page. It handles non-sequential labels.
