[Camino-users] Fwd: atlas problem

Dear Cook,
Thanks so much for your help, but I still feel confused by these problems.

1. When using flag procstreamlines I need to have a target file which also
contain label information. I really couldn't figure out what a target file
is? Is it just like an roi, or something else?

2. How to generate an atlas which also contains label information? I found
that the roi file and its corresponding label are separated into two files,
how can I combine them together to obtain an atlas? Do I also need
something else?

3. I used two distinct seed files (from same participant) to do fiber
tracking, how can I converge the two .Bfloat together, and use the combined
file to do cortical segmentation? Does the -conmat flag serve this function?
