Hi,
I've been using the Monte Carlo diffusion simulations within Camino and occasionally come across the following error message:
SEVERE: Exception in thread "main" class misc.LoggedException: unable to correctly amend step in walker update loop. ti=272514, i=35921
at simulation.dynamics.Walker.update(Walker.java:221)
at simulation.DiffusionSimulation.runMainLoop(DiffusionSimulation.java:589)
at simulation.DiffusionSimulation.nextVoxel(DiffusionSimulation.java:709)
at apps.SyntheticData.execute(SyntheticData.java:74)
at apps.EntryPoint.main(EntryPoint.java:284)

What does 'unable to correctly amend step in walker update loop' mean exactly? And is there a way to minimize this type of error when designing a simulation command?
Thanks,
David
