Dear all,

I would like to know the following things:

1. Is there is a way to transform the raw binary (4byte voxel order)
data produced by MC simulation using datasynth command to a human
readable form or to a nii image.

2. Also couldn't find a way to visualize the raw DW data generated by
datasynth unless do the fitting and eigen decomposition using dteig. Any
solution?

3.  pdview was complaining when I used the data generated for 1 voxel.
So I have generated multiple voxels. Is it normal or did i miss something?

Command used for data generation: datasynth -walkers 100000 -tmax 1000
-voxels 40 -p 0.0 -schemefile 59.scheme -initial uniform -substrate
cylinder -packing hex -cylinderrad 1E-6 -cylindersep 2.1E-6 >
regcylinders_v40.bfloat

Could someone help with this?

Many thanks and regards,

Lekshmi
