Dear all,
I performed the following sample simulation with random seeds by
spawning jobs in our cluster.
datasynth -walkers 100000 -tmax 1000 -voxels 1 -seed 75191 -p 0.0
-schemefile myScheme_mod.scheme -initial uniform -substrate cylinder
-packing hex -cylinderrad 1E-6 -cylindersep 2.1E-6 >
regcylinders_v1_seed75191_1E6.bfloat
Remaining jobs are different in the seed option which are generated
using numpy's Random state method. I have attached herewith the
submitted jobs and the results obtained.
commands.txt --> job list
myScheme_mod.scheme --> scheme file
regcylinders_v1_seed20750_1E6.bfloat --> Synthetic DW data
regcylinders_v1_seed20750_1E6.txt -- > 96 entries for each direction in
the scheme file.
DiffTensorv1_seed20750.Bdouble --> Diffusion Tensor
DiffTensorv1_seed20750.txt -->
Exit code 6.000000E00 Bad data?
1.151293E01
4.361172E-11
4.156295E-12
-3.311438E-12
3.916382E-11
8.841888E-12
1.693537E-09
Is it due to the wrong parameter I have used for simulation? may be the
seed?
Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks and regards,
Lekshmi
