[Camino-users] [External] Connectivity Matrix Using FreeSurfer Parcellation

They need to be in the same physical space, though not necessarily at the same resolution. I'm afraid Camino doesn't have any registration capabilities, you would need to align the labels to the DWI space yourself.

Dear Dr.Philip Cook
Yeah, you are right. I could compute the eigen system after all. I'm rather new to Camino, so I'm not familiar with the commom errors or the information.
Thank u very much.
The next challenge I am faced with is calculating the connectivity matrix.
Actually I have a parcellation which is the output of FreeSurfer, it is in my anatomical(T1 ) image's space, I mean both are (256*256*320).But the dimensions of my DWI is different.
Do my DWI , my white matter (seed points) and my target file( parcellation) have to be in the same space???
If yes, how should I do that?
For example in DSI Studio the normalization gets done automatically.
But now i dinno what to do.
I would be grateful if you could help me.
Thanks in advance.
Best regards,
Maedeh,
