[Camino-users] ERROR - simulation on meshes with -p 0.0 -initial intra

Dear all,
I found an error when I ran the simulation on the closed boxed (3D
triangular mesh) with initial walker intracellular and impermeability. The
initial walkers were in intracellular space, however, there was ~50% number
of walkers crossed the surface during simulation!
*Command: *
datasynth -walkers 131072 -tmax 100 -p 0.0 -voxels 1 -initial intra
-voxelsizefrac 1 -diffusivity 0.5e-9 -duration 5e-3 -substrate ply -plyfile
${plyfile} -trajfile ${mytrajfile}
