Hi Stephania,
Camino provides tools to convert its internal bfloat (etc) formats to and from Nifti. Have a look at the DTI tutorial on the camino website, and also at the man page for the camino command voxel2image.
Hope this helps,
Matt.

Subject: [Camino-users] how to read a camino .Bfloat file in NODDI toolbox
Hi all,
i generated the signal coming from one substrate obtaining a substrate.bfloat file.
I would like to read this signal in FSL and then, analyse it in NODDI toolbox, but I don't understand how to do this.
Which tranformation have I to do and which commands have I to do use ?
Thanks everybody in advance
Cheers
