[Mrtrix-discussion] tracks2prob error "expected exactly 2 arguments......"

Dear all,
I am having problems running the tracks2prob command. I am running it as follows:

"tracks2prob cst_dt.tck anat.mif tract.mif"

and I get the following error:

"expected exactly 2 arguments (3 supplied)"

if I use the -version option I get

"Mrtrix 0.2.9, glib 2.26.1, GSL 1.14, (build Mar 14 2011)"

When I run exactly the same command with exactly the same files on an old version of mrtrix (I am not entirely sure how old since I don't have access to the system currently - but potentially over a year old) I do not get these errors and the tracks2prob command works fine.

Could this be a problem with the latest build of MRtrix? Any help would be greatly appreciated
