[Mrtrix-discussion] tracks2prob error "expected exactly 2 arguments......"

Hi Jonathan,
I have a later version of track2prob but I think the problem is that you are
missing the "-template" option.
Try this to see if it works:
"tracks2prob cst_dt.tck -template anat.mif tract.mif"
i.e. you need to let tracks2prob know that "anat.mif" is the template, and
therefore "tract.mif" will be the output.
I hope this solves the problem.
