[Mrtrix-discussion] outlier rejection in csdeconv?

List,

Are there plans to add a mask to ignore bad slices in DWI images in
csdeconv? Artefacts such as kspace spikes, entire slice dropout, bad
movement can cause entire slices to be rubbish. The feature need not
identify the bad slices itself.
