[Mrtrix-discussion] mrtrix-0.2.11 compilation errors on CentOS 5.9

Hi Sjaak.

We were not able to compile mrtrix for CentOS 5.X, as several system
libraries are too old and incompatible with mrtrix. However, we did find a
solution by using a debian chroot inside CentOS that is even able to fully
utilize the computing cluster that runs on CentOS.  Full instructions are
