[Mrtrix-discussion] nipype issue

Thank you all for help on this, I appreciate.
So the error seems to be because I am missing tensor2fa and tensor2vector,
among other things, which were not in my binary folder. Then I checked CMD
folder, which ./build script calls, and these were missing from there are
well. When I checked the latest commit for Mrtrix on Github (I had
downloaded from Github), these were not in CMD folder there either. I then
saw them in the /mrtrix3/userdoc/commands folder as html files.
Sorry to ask, but how do I get these commands in CMD folder or as binaries?
