[Mrtrix-discussion] nipype issue

Hello,

These two functions have been replaced with the tensor2metric function, which provides functionality for both fa and ev (vector) computation.

Thank you all for help on this, I appreciate.

So the error seems to be because I am missing tensor2fa and tensor2vector, among other things, which were not in my binary folder.  Then I checked CMD folder, which ./build script calls, and these were missing from there are well.  When I checked the latest commit for Mrtrix on Github (I had downloaded from Github), these were not in CMD folder there either.  I then saw them in the /mrtrix3/userdoc/commands folder as html files.

Sorry to ask, but how do I get these commands in CMD folder or as binaries?

I'd say that Donald is right, it looks like you forgot to run sudo ./build install after ./build and that's why you don't have the binaries in your path.

you have  multiple mrtrix related crashes.. hard to say without looking at the crash file.

check the crash file by typing
$nipype_display_crash 'crash_file.......'

a guess is that the mrtrix environ has not been initialized.

but mabye the nipype guys have some other thoughts.
