[Mrtrix-discussion] PATCH: fix writing to gzipped nifti when already exists

Hi Chris,

OK, I see why that might be a problem. Not sure there's a neat way around
this one. If that patch works for you, then by all means keep using it.
Otherwise, things should work fine using a non-compressed version.
