[Mrtrix-discussion] PATCH: fix writing to gzipped nifti when already exists

Without this patch nii.gz ROI files were not being saved after editing in mrview, mrview would throw a segfault. This behaviour did not happen for uncompressed nii or mif files, that is why I patched it. Perhaps there needs to be a specific patch for mrview to force overwrite...
