Hello,
I am a graduate student at the University of Calgary and I am looking
to use track weighted functional connectivity (TWFC) (as outlined in
Calmante et al. 2013, Neuroimage) to look at default mode network
connectivity differences in Alzheimer's disease. The paper mentioned
above, cited that they used an in-house version of MRTRIX to calculate
TWFC. I read an earlier post to this website (Jan 2013) where it was
stated that the Track Weighted Imaging (and I assumed TWFC) features
were being built into MRTRIX and would be operational in the next
release of the software. I was wondering if this TWFC functionality has
been added to MRTRIX or if it would be possible to obtain a copy of the
software that is capable of generating TWFC maps.
Thank you for your time,
Aaron Switzer
