[Mrtrix-discussion] Track-weighted functional connectivity in mrtrix3

Hello,

   I just installed the newest version of mrtrix3 and it looks great! I am
still very new to diffusion MRI and I am wondering how to perform
track-weighted functional connectivity (TW-FC) as outline in the
Neuroimage paper by Calamente et al in 2013. Is there a command built
into mrtrix3 that performs the necessary calculations for the analysis?
