[Mrtrix-discussion] Major update to MRtrix3

Hi everyone,

We have just released a new version of MRtrix3, with some fairly large
changes and major improvements. Since this version is now the master branch,
you will get the update if you issue a git pull. However, there have been
quite a few changes to the installation procedure, and to the code as a
whole. We *strongly* recommend you read the details
<http://www.mrtrix.org/2016/03/11/major-changes-to-mrtrix3/> before
proceeding!

As always, please report any issues you encounter with this.
