[Mrtrix-discussion] keep dimension and orientation of act_anat_prepare_fsl output the same as original T1

Hi Mrtrix community,

 Is there a way to have the dimension and orientation of final output from
act_anat_prepare_fsl  the same as the input T1 file.
I have modified the script by skipping "mrcrop", but in vain to keep the
orientation and dimension  the same as the original one.
