[Mrtrix-discussion] keep dimension and orientation of act_anat_prepare_fsl output the same as original T1

Hi there,
If you download the *massive* MRtrix3 update that got pushed through about
a day and a half ago, this can be done without modifying the script.
The script is now called 5ttgen, and this functionality can be accessed
using the -nocrop option.
Also: Questions regarding MRtrix3 are best posted on the new community forum
<http://community.mrtrix.org/>; this mailing list will be maintained for
questions about the older MRtrix version 0.2.
