[Panda-commits] Comparing DTI subjects

I was wondering how to do some analysis.  I have two groups of subjects with DTI scans.  I have identified 9 interesting areas via a functional study, and I would like to see if there are connectivity differences between the regions for the two different subject groups.

To keep it simple, let's assume I have two different regions identified in MNI space.  What I would like to do is run tractography (ProbtracX) between the two regions for every subject, then compare the results from one subject group to the other subject group.

Can I do this in PANDA?
