Locus Coeruleus Manual Labels for 20 HCP Subjects
This dataset contains locus coeruleus (LC) labels for the first 20 subjects of the "100 Unrelated Subjects" group of the Human Connectome Project, as described by Aganj et al (Front. Neurosci. 2024). The LC labels were manually delineated on preprocessed 3-Tesla T1-weighted MPRAGE magnetic resonance images based on geometry (rather than contrast).
