Mozak is a browser based tool that allows anyone to help reconstruct neurons, without the need to download any additional software or large datasets beforehand. Quickly jump in a view a 3D image of a neuron cell and start reconstructing the signal using intuitive click and drag based tools. All the work you and other users do on a cell are combined into a consensus trace that is viewable by everyone, that way you can see which areas other people have already traced and focus your efforts on unexplored areas of the cell. This final consensus is then sent to our partner labs that provided us the images for use in morphology related analysis.
