A 3T probabilistic Locus Coeruleus atlas
This atlas takes advantage of in vivo high resolution TSE 3T structural MRI. The atlas includes a probability map of the Locus Coeruleus based on healthy young subjects. The subjects were scanned twice to test the test-retest reliability of the identification of the Locus Coeruleus.
