SIMlated Prospective Acquisition CorrEction (SIMPACE) datasets
Single Band (SB) and Multi Band (MB) SIMPACE datasets are shared.
- 10 SB inter-volume motion injected SIMPACE datasets, e.g. sub-01-volmot.nii.gz
- 10 SB inter-/intra-volume motion injected SIMPACE datasets, e.g. subj01-slimot.nii.gz
- MB SIMPACE data is being under development
1. SIMPACE data is a time series of ex-vivo brain EPI scan with the motion injected. Motion is injected by altering EPI imaging plane during the sequence acquisition
(using a modified EPI sequence) before each volume acquisition, called as inter-volume motion and before each slice acquisition, called as inter-/intra-volume motion.
2. Slice acquisition order
EPI sequence has an ascending-interleaved slice acquisition order. For example, slice number from inferior to superior brain
3. Injected motion parameters.
3dvolreg 1D output format of motion parameter are provided. 6 columns of roll, pitch, yaw, dS, dL, and dP motions are described in inter- and inter-/intra-volume motion
