The proposed toolbox provides multi-modality murine image templates (FDG-PET, CT and T2-MR), together with a ROIs atlas. All these images are spatially registered to the Allen Brain Atlas, but they have been optimized for in-vivo preclinical imaging in terms of resolution and ROI size. The ROIs have been derived from the Allen Brain Atlas.
