use -xDefaultMemory with -xRunOutOfProcess in JIST CLI

Detailed description

When running complete layouts through the JIST command-line interface with the -xRunOutOfProcess option, each process uses the layout's default maximum heap memory allocation. If a different value is set with -xDefaultMemory, this value is ignored. It would be very nice to have each process use this provided value for automated processing where the maximum required memory is not known in advance but can be passed as a parameter just prior to runtime.
