update of the file browser path

Detailed description

the default path is usually set to the last path visited by MIPAV, not by JIST.
Very annoying when setting up layouts with data from multiple sources.
Also, could we make use of the very nice file browser from MIPAV rather than the generic JAVA one? that would be cool.
