Detailed description |
Hello,
It would be greatly beneficial to my research if there existed an
object ParamVolumeCollectionSetCollection to allow for multiple
experiments involving ParamVolumeCollectionSets to be run
simultaneously.
Thanks,
Andrew

Please look at externalized parameters. If a collection is passed
to an externalized non-collection, then it should do what you want.

Currently a ParamVolumeCollectionSet can be passed to a module
allowing the passing of multiple ParamVolumeCollections to a module
requesting a ParamVolumeCollectionSet (i.e. Multi-Modal STAPLE) or
allowing for input of multiple ParamVolumeCollections to a module
requesting a ParamVolumeCollection. What I am looking for is the
functionality to pass a collection of ParamVolumeCollectionSets to
a module requesting a ParamVolumeCollectionSet to allow for running
the module multiple times within the layout.

Please provide more details on how the dependencies should be
unwound. Currently, each parameter type is given to a module as a
whole. The module is then allowed to do whatever it wants. Perhaps
you want to use the nested layout functionality to create a for
loop?
