Hi,

I am trying to download the ABIDE data from the following link: https://www.nitrc.org/ir/app/template/XDATScreen_report_xnat_projectData.vm/search_element/xnat:projectData/search_field/xnat:projectData.ID/search_value/ABIDE 

However, whenever I attempt to download the images, it brings me to the "Download Images" page and nothing else happens, i.e. the images never download. I have attached a screenshot of the "Download Images" page. I have tried to download the images using Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer but I have encountered the same problem with all three of the browsers.

I would really appreciate any help with this problem so that I can download the dataset!

Thank you very much for your quick response! I managed to download the data from clicking on each individual site in the following link http://fcon_1000.projects.nitrc.org/indi/abide/abide_II.html . Thank you again for your help.

The Java downloader that used to be the standard download mechanism for NITRC-IR recently stopped working on several platforms due to security issues found in Java (the downloader wasn't insecure, but browsers started clamping down on what Java they would run).  We are working with the XNAT team to install a non-Java downloader, and expect to have this in place in the next month or so.

Until then, is the data you're looking for available as a standard download from http://fcon_1000.projects.nitrc.org/?  If not, I can arrange to make the data available to you through another mechanism.
