Other Comments/Similar Tools:  I cannot find any info on how use native space in BNV Plots are very clear and nice, so it would be good to be able to use for example with individual meshes from patient data. Even modifying the .m files. But perhaps the resource is there and I was unable to find it.

Ratings/Long-term Prospects Comments:  the tool is easy using, however there are some bugs that should be fixed, the tool does not load correctly analyze files and crashes, I traced the bug on matlab and there is a problem in the mapping between the loaded analyze volume and the used coordinates for visualization. also the code need to be optimized for matlab for speed, some for loops can be avoided by using built-in sub2ind function.
