Combining several resting state scans into one session
Dear Alfonso,
I need to combine several resting state scan runs into one single session. Is there a way to do this in CONN or matlab?
Thanks,
Best regards,
Amy

RE: Combining several resting state scans into one session
Hi Amy,
You could simply enter the list of those files as your functional data (for one subject and one run/session) and CONN will simply concatenate them (note: this will have CONN treat these data as a single continuous session during preprocessing&denoising, compared to entering the same files as different runs/sessions into CONN and then defining in Setup.Conditions a single condition spanning all these different sessions)
Best
Alfonso

RE: Combining several resting statescans into one session
Hi Alfonso,
Thank you very much. I entered the list of this files as my functional data (for one subject and one run) but CONN indicates that there are 5 scans when there should be 500. How could this be fixed?
Thanks,
Best,
Amy

RE: Combining several resting statescans into one session
Hi,
I have the same problem. For each subject I am trying to combine two different run into one session (1 run = 350 scans), I am supposed to get 700 scans but only 5 scans appear. I did not get any issue when I merged the two sessions though (i.e. no error message).
Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you.
Hugo
