Dear Alfonso,
I was trying to set up analysis for some pre-denoised&preprocessed images. I imported those preprocessed rsfMRI images to CONN. Then I clicked setup, and it finished running, it showed this error on the denoising page: And because of this error, CONN does not allow me to start denoising (the denosing tab did not show up)
ERROR DESCRIPTION:

Hi all,
I just solved this issue: I imported T1 images to the pipeline, and then the error no long stands, and I can also move forward to denoising tab.
Thanks!
Meishan
Hi,
I get the same error message, but Conn allows me to move on to denoising regardless.
The problem is I don't have T1 of all my participants, so I am doing the analysis only using functional scans, which should be possible.
Do you have any idea what I could do?
Best,
Asena
