Hi, I did RETROICOR (using breath belt data) and anatcompcor on a dataset, and I'm hoping to compare the impact of the various regressors. For a single subject, I can see the variance explained plots in the denoising tab, but I'm hoping to average across them for all subjects, or calculate statistics. Thanks!
