Hi,

When using conn to analysis resting-state fMRI data, I found that the covariates (2nd-level) in the SETIP step (including QC_BOLDstd, QC_GCOR etc.) did not show in the Second-level analyses' subject effects for additional control over potential between-subject differences in motion...Only the covariates about the group of subjects (such as "all subjects") are showed in the subject effects box.  I followed the conn manual step by step. Is my operations incomplete to cause this question?
