Hi all,

I have a fully preprocessed fMRI dataset in MNI space. I would like to know how to integrate this dataset to skip the preprocessing and normalization steps and directly perform first- and second-level analyses for seed-to-voxel and ROI-to-ROI connectivity.

I’m grateful for any help or tips.
