The reuslts of ROI to ROI gppi analysis, shows increased connectivity between ROI A and ROI B. When I select ROI B, that shows decreased connectivity between ROI B and ROI A for the same contrast.
The analysis is done using bivarite regression.
Another region for a different contrast shows increased connectivity between ROI A and ROI B. When I select ROI B that shows increased connectivity between ROI B to ROI A.
My question is are these types of findings spurious connections? I was expectng correlational analysis to probably show bi-directional connectivity. Also opposing connectivity within same rois was also strange.
