Dear Dr. Alfonso and CONN users,

I'm analyzing resting state fMRI data with dynamic ICA. After DYN ICA 1st-level analysis, the spatial components are shown in the summary tab of results (2nd-level).

When I went through the ROIs in the spatial components matrices, I found that the order of ROI was different from the original order in the SETUP page. For example, according to the SETUP page, FP r (Frontal Pole Right) should be the first atlas ROI. However, it is not the case in the DYN-ICA spatial components in the summary tab. 

I tried the atlas ROI that comes with CONN and a self-defined ROI which contains 100 regions, and got the same issue. How can I reorder the ROI of the spatial components? Any suggestions or helps would be truly appreciated.
