Hi all,

I am using the CONN GUI for ROI-to-ROI analysis and was wondering if there is a way to view only the between-network connections, e.g., between the DMN and Salience networks, without including within-network connections too.

Right now, at the Second Level analysis, I am clicking “Compute results” and selecting all ROIs from both networks, but I believe this includes both within- and between-network connections. Ideally, I would like to exclude the within-network ones.

Is there a way to do this in the GUI?
