Included network citations
Dear All,

I have been looking for citations for the appropriate papers to include in a write-up for an analysis utilising some of the resting-state networks included in CONN. I remember in a previous version where only the default mode network was included that the coordinates were based on the 2005 Fox and Raichle paper, and I realise that the atlas coordinates are based on Harvard-oxford, but I need to explain the origins of coordinates etc for the other resting networks. I was wondering if there is a similar list of appropriate papers to cite the range of networks now included?

Apologies if this has been requested before, I have had a look in the manual, forum and files but can't seem to make any headway.

Thanks in advance for help or advice.

Best,

Nick Fallon

RE: network ROI citations
Apologies for re-posting, but does anyone know the relevant citations for the network ROIs included in Conn v17 or where to find them.

Many thanks,

Nick

RE: network ROI citations
Hi there,

Like Nick, it would be really useful if someone could provide a citation to find out a bit more about the network ROIs provided in Conn. I would be grateful for the assistance.

Best wishes,
Jonathan

RE: network ROI citations

I had the same issue when completing a manuscript and looked inside the CONN rois directory and there are files in there that contain this information (ending in ".info"). Just posting this here in case anyone else finds this post. I am using CONN22v2407.
