Bioimage Suite Surface Editor Spline Disabled
In Bioimage Suite Surface Editor, I created a surface to trim the
dura off of a brain MRI. I saved the surface as name.sur and used
the Objectmap/Create from Surfaces command with the inverse
function to remove that tissue from the brain. When I tried to load
the name.sur file again to modify it, it kept registering as
"spline disabled". How can I make that surface editable again?
Thank you,
Sandy

Did you accidentally overwrite the .sur file? How big is it?

RE: Bioimage SuiteSurface Editor Spline Disabled
Hi Xenios,
I think I solved the problem. I started with an image in LPS orientation, then changed to PSR to create the surface file. I accidentally saved the .sur file after I had transformed the image back to LPS, so it would not open as an active surface in PSR. If I load the .sur in LPS, then transform to PSR, the .sur file is functional.
Hopefully my mistake can help someone else in the future!
Cheers,
Sandy
