I've received the following error while using bioimage suite: 

ERROR: ln../../../build/vtk52/Filtering/vtkImageData.cxx, line2133
vtkImageData(2BEB2D40): Coordinate (0,0,0) outside of array (max = -1

After trying to threshold two images, then saving each image, any further processing with the images stalls, and VTK crashes, shutting down bioimage suite. 

I am running bioimage suite on a windows laptop.
