3dwarper: -s and -w options
Hello all,
I am a researcher under Prof. Arfanakis, and have data of a subject imaged at multiple time points.
The subject's brain at all time points is affine registered to a single timepoint, and requires non-linear registration.
I've tried using 3dwarper with varying options, but cannot come up with an optimal set.
I require some guidance on how to set the appropriate correlation window size and search window size for 3dwarper registration.
I have two questions:
1.) How do these options affect the registration?
2.) What values would you suggest for images that are expected to have no more than a 4 voxel shift and a voxel size of .55x.55x1.5 mm3?
Any help is appreciated.
Best,
-Arnold
