Welcome to HOW_TO
Welcome to HOW_TO.
Feel free to use this forum to present, discuss or ask questions about the use of the IIT Human Brain Atlas for various neuroimaging tasks. Due to the multi-dimensional nature of the atlas there is a number of different potential applications. Here you can get answers about what you are trying to accomplish with the atlas, or post a description of how you used the atlas for your application.

Best tool for visualising atlases
Hello,
What is the best application for viewing the IIT3 atlases? I would like to look at the cortical labels of the GM Atlas with a colour LUT but not getting much love from FSLView or ITK-SNAP.
Cheers,
Sean

RE: Best tool for visualising atlases
A document describing how to visualize the gray matter labels of
the IIT Human Brain Atlas with an appropriate look-up-table (LUT)
will be posted later today. Please look for it in the HOW-TO forum.
